Randall draws from a variety of therapeutic models, approaches, and styles to find new and creative solutions for treatment. As a practitioner of evidence-based models (cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, etc.) he helps individuals manage mental health challenges. Approaches to mental well-being can be person-centered, goal-oriented, or somewhere in between. During collaborative sessions with individuals, the therapeutic alliance will be established and maintained for a safe and secure environment. Randall’s therapeutic style integrates, active listening, paraphrasing, empathy, and motivational interviewing.
